Frequently Asked Questions for Bay Laurel active For any questions
Which purchase records should I keep for later reference?
Do not include account passwords in ordinary purchase notes. Keep any relevant fulfillment confirmation with the same order.
What should I check when an offer includes something at no extra charge?
Do not assume an included extra is essential to the main product. Check the process for reporting a missing included benefit rather than assuming it will arrive separately.
What should I check in an order confirmation?
Confirm that the order identifies the product you intended to purchase. Keep the confirmation together with relevant product information.
