Frequently Asked Questions for Hermes Special Order (HSS) Birkin 30 Rose Extreme Verso Epsom Brushed Gold Hardware Candy The lock and shoulder strap 21 shoulder strap drop
Which purchase records should I keep for later reference?
Do not include account passwords in ordinary purchase notes. Keep any relevant fulfillment confirmation with the same order.
What should I check when an offer includes something at no extra charge?
Do not assume an included extra is essential to the main product. Check the process for reporting a missing included benefit rather than assuming it will arrive separately.
What should I check in an order confirmation?
Confirm that the order identifies the product you intended to purchase. Keep the confirmation together with relevant product information.
